Return Policy
Joe's Jerky stands behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase then we would like to hear from you. Please send a detailed e-mail expressing your concerns to info@joesjerky.net. We will gladly refund the purchase price of the product minus our actual shipping costs on any unopened, re-sellable merchandise that is returned within 30 days of ordering. No questions asked!
If for some reason you accidentally provided us with the wrong shipping information upon checkout and the order is returned to our warehouse then yes you are responsible for shipping costs associated with re-sending the order to the correct address.
If you receive your item and the packaging appears to be damaged, we advise you should contact that delivery service A.S.A.P. Do not dispose of any packaging materials until the order is deemed satisfactory or the problem has been resolved.
